Route of the “Passion Calatrava”
The Route of the Calatrava passion It is a show that goes beyond the religious sphere and shows us a tour of the municipalities of Aldea del Rey, Almagro, Bolaños de Calatrava, Granátula, Miguelturra, Pozuelo, Torralba, Valenzuela, Morality and Calzada de Calatrava.
The 8 March 2007, the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla la Mancha, through the General Directorate of tourism and crafts, the Holy week of the Calatrava field awarded the title of Regional tourist interest. It was the first time that was granted a declaration "together" to 10 calatravos municipalities which contribute to provide authenticity and relevance the celebration.
On this route we propose visitors a five-day itinerary establishing a compendium of the main activities developed from the Holy Wednesday up to the Resurrection Sunday.
